How to Self-Exclude
We understand and fully support your decision to take a break from gaming, and we’re here to assist you through the process.
If you’d like to voluntarily exclude access to your online account, you can enroll in the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Self-Exclusion Program. On the PGCB website, you’ll find detailed information about the different types of self-exclusion, as well as enrollment and removal instructions and sign-in.
Please note that MONOPOLY™ Casino staff cannot assist with this process, as self-exclusion is a personal decision that must be completed directly by you.
Enrollment: You can choose to self-exclude for one (1) year, five (5) years, or a lifetime. During this time, you will not be able to access your account or participate in any games at iGaming facilities in Pennsylvania. Once you self-exclude, you will remain on the list until the time period ends or you submit a request for removal.
Removal: Generally, you cannot be removed from the self-exclusion list before the time period you selected ends. After the period is over, you can request removal, but it’s not automatic. Lifetime exclusions are permanent and cannot be lifted. While rare exceptions may exist, most people must complete their exclusion. If you want to inquire about early removal, you can reach out to the PGCB directly for more information.
Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment at the PGCB’s Harrisburg office or at a Pennsylvania land-based casino.
For appointments, contact the PGCB at (717) 346-8300 (Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm) or email problemgambling@pa.gov.
