We truly appreciate your patience and want to keep you informed about your withdrawal.

Once a withdrawal is requested on the site, it will appear as Pending in your account. We aim to process most withdrawals within 24 hours, but the time it takes for the funds to reach you will depend on your selected withdrawal method. 

Processing times by method are as follows:

• VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check: We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. After we have processed it, VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check withdrawals can take 3 to 5 working days for them to process the funds into your bank account.
• Visa® Direct: While withdrawals can be credited to your account right away in some instances, please bear in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be available.
• Mastercard® Debit: While withdrawals can be credited to your account immediately in some instances, please bear in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be available.
• Paypal®: Please allow up to 24 hours for your withdrawal to transfer into your PayPal® account.
• Apple Pay: In most cases, withdrawals may be credited immediately, but please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to become available

You can keep track of your withdrawals by going to your Transaction History, located under Wallet. Once processed, they will display as Successful when they have left our systems.

We will notify you via email once the withdrawal has been processed or if there is anything that we need before withdrawals can be processed.
